How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Stagesmom Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You may contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Stagesmom Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Stagesmom Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@stagesmom.property and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems involving licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
